Which IELTS Test Is Right for You?
Your choice depends on the purpose for which you need your IELTS result. Always check the requirements of the relevant institution, organisation or authority.
IELTS Academic
Typically used for higher education and academic purposes where an Academic IELTS result is required.
IELTS General Training
Typically used for work, migration and other non-academic purposes, depending on the relevant requirements.
IELTS for UKVI
An IELTS test format approved for certain UK Visas and Immigration purposes. Applicants should check the specific requirement for their application.

Entry Pathway
Applicants should meet the applicable entry requirements for the ICT Technician NVQ Level 4 pathway. Students who do not enter directly may progress through the relevant NVQ pathway.

TESL — NVQ Level 5

Entry Requirement
Applicants should have completed a minimum of three subjects at G.C.E. Advanced Level in any stream.

NVQ Diploma Foundation component.
Professional Learning
Competency-based TESL learning and training.
Workplace Training

Qualification
Progress towards the National Diploma in TESL at NVQ Level 5.
Structured Workplace Training (OJT)
The programme includes six months of structured workplace experience as part of the qualification pathway. This allows learners to apply and consolidate the competencies developed during institution-based learning in a practical workplace environment.
