Entry Pathway

Applicants should meet the applicable entry requirements for the ICT Technician NVQ Level 4 pathway. Students who do not enter directly may progress through the relevant NVQ pathway.

G.C.E. O/L — Credit pass in the first language
Credit passes in two other subjects
Passes in three additional subjects
Relevant NVQ Level 3 progression pathway may also apply.

Applicants should have completed a minimum of three subjects at G.C.E. Advanced Level in any stream.

Diploma in English

Designed for learners who wish to strengthen their English language proficiency for academic, professional and personal development.

Entry guidance: a basic to intermediate foundation in English is recommended. No specific G.C.E. qualification is stated here unless required by the programme.
FR

French

Build French language skills for education, employment, travel, international communication and personal development.

Beginner learners may start without previous French knowledge. Placement guidance can be used for learners with existing knowledge.
NL

Dutch

Develop Dutch language skills for education, employment, migration, travel and international communication.

Beginner learners may start without previous Dutch knowledge. Learners with existing knowledge can be guided according to their level.
07 · Young Learners English

A Journey That Grows With Every Learner

Young Learners English provides a clear progression through three Cambridge English stages, helping young learners build confidence as their English develops.

Pre A1 Starters

For young learners beginning their English journey, developing their first vocabulary, understanding and basic communication skills.

MOVERS A1
A1

A1 Movers

For learners who have developed a basic foundation and are ready to build stronger reading, writing, listening and speaking skills.

FLYERS A2
A2

A2 Flyers

For confident young learners ready to develop more independent English communication and progress to the next stage.

Young learner guidance: YLE stages are designed around the learner's developing English ability. Previous learning experience or an appropriate level assessment may be used to guide learners towards the most suitable stage.
